A25. 湯瑪士．瑞杰可 Tomáš Řízek – 捷克 Czech Republic

出生於捷克首都布拉格，捷克當代畫家、插畫家、平面設計師，現居臺灣。2023年獲頒捷克外交部國家之友獎(Gratias Agit Award)。

繪本作品曾獲義大利安徒生獎、入選義大利波隆納插畫獎展、日本大島博物館繪本獎、金絲帶獎、中小學生優良課外讀物圖畫書類、好書大家讀等多項繪本獎項。2017年成立麋鹿多媒體（Mi:Lù Publishing），出版他的繪本作品，包括《皮皮和奇奇》、《小黃傘》、《森林之旅》、《浴缸裡有鱷魚》等。

He was born in Prague, Czech republic.
His artistic expression was formed under the guidance of Jaroslav J. Králík, Czech painter and graphic designer, and influenced by copying old master paintings. Later he was attracted by the illustrations for kids and teenagers and he shifted his main interest there.

He co-operated with many publishing houses for example with ACME Cultural Enterprise Co. Ltd., Taiwan Grimm Press, Bohem Press, Gründ, Albatros Media and Mi:Lù Publishing

He has won several major awards: “Italian Hans Christian Andersen Prize,” “Golden Ribbon”, SUK, “Oshima museum of picture book”, “Bologna illustrators’ exhibition”.

His work is represented in private collections in the Czech Republic, Great Britain, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, China and Taiwan.
